Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

For new companies - the experience of providing daily cleaning services at least 1 year.
Provide:
1. Documents confirming gross revenue (for example, financial results report);
2. Copies of contracts and the list of facilities serviced for the last year with the signature of the director;
3. Letters of recommendation not less than 3.

It is possible to submit proposals for part of the positions

The rate for rent of washing equipment is provided at the rate of one PM per month. Minimum lease term PM is one month.

Submission of quotations only in RUBLES.

Participation is free of charge
EDS is not required

Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
