The cost of the Products includes delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. Payment for a batch of Products is made by the Buyer by transferring funds by payment order to the Supplier's settlement account upon the Supplier's full fulfillment of obligations within 45 (Forty-five) calendar days from the date of receipt from the Supplier of Products and a complete set of documents: UPD, invoice, invoice, waybill, copies of quality certificates or technical passports. In this case, the application of the conditions of Article 317.1. of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation is excluded.
