The complex of works on the supply and installation of elevator equipment of the building within the framework of the project "Kindergarten for 350 places in the 11B microdistrict of Nefteyugansk"

Potavka and installation of elevator equipment
Comments: This procurement procedure is carried out in two stages:
Stage 1 - prequalification;
Stage 2 - request for commercial proposals.
Participants are required to fill out and upload a company questionnaire signed by the head and stamped by the organization (appendix no.2) until 10:00 Moscow time, 03.04.2023 in *.jpg or *.pdf formats.
Approximate list of works:
1. Development of the working documentation of the project stage "P".
2. Purchase and supply of necessary equipment and materials (passenger elevator and cargo elevator).
3. Installation of elevator equipment, including dispatching.
4. Commissioning of equipment and delivery to government agencies.
Those participants who have passed the preliminary qualification selection under this procedure will be invited to participate in the 2nd stage of the procurement procedure.
This prequalification is not a notice of bidding and is not a public offer, the Organizer does not bear any obligations to the suppliers who participated in the request, including obligations to conclude any contracts with the persons who sent their proposals.
This prequalification is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
The Organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the procedure at any stage, without incurring any financial responsibility to the Participants.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend and (or) change the date of consideration of Participants' proposals and summing up the results of the preliminary qualification selection.
