Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

By sending a proposal (offer) the supplier warrants that he is a bona fide taxpayer. At the buyer's request, the supplier is obliged to provide tax statements for the last reporting period certified by the tax authority.
In the event that the tax reporting is absent or does not allow with sufficient certainty to ascertain the integrity of the supplier, the buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of self-fulfillment Supplier's obligations, including but not limited to: Extract from the staffing table with the application of copies of employment contracts of persons engaged for the performance of Works, information on the presence of property or on the right of lease: Office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment/tools/mechanisms, vehicles.
In case of not providing these documents, the customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
