1. ATTENTION! If your organization is not accredited by the ChTPZ Group, you must, no later than submitting an application for participation in the purchase (s) of the ChTPZ Group, apply for accreditation at: https://chelpipe.ru/suppliers/pipe-division/accreditation/
Accreditation is given for a year. A non-accredited participant is not automatically allowed to participate in rebidding on the procurement procedures of ChelPipe and until the conclusion of the contract (s).
2. Be sure to visit the Customer's site and inspect the subject of work / services before submitting an application for participation in the procurement !!!
3. The work must be performed in accordance with the design and estimate documentation, in accordance with state standards and normative and technical documentation.
4. The supply of materials required for the repair is carried out by the Contractor. The materials used in the repair process must comply with the requirements of the estimate documentation. Replacement of building material without the consent of the Customer is not allowed.
The quality is confirmed by declarations, passports, certificates of conformity of building materials with technical regulations.
5. Payment is desirable within 30-90 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion, with an advance payment, it is necessary to provide a bank guarantee (list of banks in Appendix 5 of the Procurement Documentation).
6. Signing of the standard form of the contract (Appendix No. 6 of the Procurement Documentation);
7. Mandatory development and approval of ERP, work schedule (before starting work);
8. Upon completion of the repair, provide certificates for the materials used.
9. All generated wastes of IV hazard class, formed as a result of the work, the Contractor undertakes to independently take out for placement, disposal and neutralization with supporting documents.
10. Compliance with measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection:
- Work must be carried out by employees who are not in the "risk zone" (up to 60 years old),
- Employees working on the territory of PJSC "ChTPZ" must be citizens of the Russian Federation, residents of the Chelyabinsk region, or go through a two-week quarantine after arriving in the Chelyabinsk region from another region before starting work with the provision of supporting documents (travel tickets, rental contracts, etc.). or present a document confirming the passage of a coronavirus test no older than three days.
- All employees of the contractor must be provided with PPE, respirator masks, undergo daily body temperature control (thermal imagers are installed at the checkpoint), and also disinfect their hands with an antiseptic located at the checkpoint at each entrance to the territory of the enterprise;
- observe the mask regime throughout the territory of enterprises (work, walking, by car);
- keep a "social" distance of 1.5 m. when moving around the territory of enterprises.
11. Signing of the DS to the contract for the provision of PPE (Appendix 7 of the Procurement Documentation).

Требования к поставщику:Работы должны выполняться организацией имеющей:
1. Соответствующую материально-техническую базу, в том числе оборудование для выполнения монтажных (демонтажных) работ.
3. Квалифицированный персонал:
Специалисты, аттестованные:
- по ОТ (протоколы учебного центра);
- по ПТМ (протоколы учебного центра);
- по Б.8.23. Сосуды под давлением, при использовании (протоколы РТН);
- наличие специалиста по строительному контролю.
4. Аттестованных рабочих: дорожные рабочие
5. Опыт проведения аналогичных работ.
Требования к материалам:Поставка материалов, требуемых для ремонта осуществляется силами Подрядчика. Применяемые в процессе ремонта материалы должны соответствовать требованиям сметной документации. Замена строительного материала без согласования Заказчика не допускается.
Качество подтверждается декларациями, паспортами, сертификатами о соответствии строительного материала техническим регламентам.

1.Коммерческое предложение (по форме Приложения 2 Закупочной документации)
2.Уставные документы (Устав, Протокол о назначении директора, Свидетельство о государственной регистрации юридического лица, Свидетельство о постановке на учет в налоговом органе, актуальная Выписка из ЕГРЮЛ) – для участвующих в тендерах ЧТПЗ впервые

6.Справка по кадровому составу предприятия (по форме справки 2.2 в Приложении 3 Закупочной документации)
