2. Overhaul of air ducts and equipment of general ventilation systems in the building № 1 (intv. № 700010630 liter A), Housing № 2 (Inv. № 700010631 liter B), housing № 2-1 (Inv. № 700012046 liter B), housing № 2-7 (Inv. № 700410631 liter M3), Housing № 4 (Inv. № 700010618 liter R1).
The Tender procedure is carried out in two stages:
Applications are accepted without specifying the price of the offer for work execution.
If you wish, you must fill in the tender procedure and send the following documents:
1. Contractor Questionnaire,
2. List of work types (if not previously provided),
3. A Package of documents for checking the counterparty in the UEB (if not previously provided, it is necessary to provide within 2 weeks from the date of application),
4. Reference list (with a depth of not more than 3 years),
5. Permitting documentation for the performance of this type of work (available dealer certificates, extract from SRO (if necessary), etc.),
6. Written confirmation of the presence of own certified and having valid certificates of personnel to perform this type of work. (Qualifications, certificates available, etc.).
Requirements for bidders:
1. Execution of works in time up to 30.09.2019 G. (according to schedules);
2. Presence of experience of performance of these works;
3. Readiness to start works before the conclusion of the Contract from the moment of receipt of the nominee letter,
4. Consent to the conclusion of the Customer's model contract,
5. Presence of own certificated and having valid certificates for performance of this type of work of the personnel;
6. OWN material and technical base;
7. Guarantee obligations for performed works;
8. The equipment to be Installed must have Russian certificates of conformity and fire safety certificates. Certificates must be provided to the Customer before the work begins.
The Application is accepted in the period up to 12:00 hours on March 27, 2019 (Moscow time).
Documents submitted later will not be accepted for consideration.
