Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Comments:
1. Acceptance of the text of the contract of the Customer

3. The planned amount of the contract is 37,000,000 rubles. 00 kop. (VAT included).
4. The quantity specified in the specification is indicative per year (250 tons).
5. The choice of material for procurement is based on the principle of obtaining the optimal proposal (price-quality-delivery time-payment condition).
6. Each batch of products to be delivered must have the following original accompanying documents:
- certificates of conformity with a blue seal or a quality passport with a blue seal, technical product passports, as well as other documents, the presence of which is established by federal laws, other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation - 1 copy.
- original invoice - 1 copy.
- a commodity waybill (form №TORG-12) - 2 copies.
- TTN (1eq.)
Invoice, TTN and commodity waybill in the form of TORG-12 are transferred to the Buyer together with the products.
7. The customer has the right to refuse to conclude a contract without explaining the reasons.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
