The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Dear sirs!
I ask you to take part in the tender for the conclusion of a contract for the supply of goods and materials for JSC "MZ Arsenal".
The winner will be determined by the combination of the following factors:
- the cost of the goods and materials;
- delivery time after signing the contract;
- payment terms (100% delay of at least 30 working days after delivery)
- the validity period of the CP is at least 30 calendar days.
- consent to work under the standard contract of JSC "MZ "Arsenal" with the opening of the OBS in accordance with 275-FZ.
- if the products are available in the Supplier's warehouse, providing a copy of the manufacturer's Certificate, to prevent the possible use of products with fake certificates;
- 1,2,3 GP is allowed in accordance with GOST 4543-2016
The winner will be selected at the total minimum cost of the goods and materials, all other things being equal.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
