Payment terms:1. The price of bags must be fixed in rubles.
2. The price in the loaded commercial offer should be divided into 2 types: three-layer bags of 50 kg and double-layer bags of 25 kg and into 3 categories: pickup, price by car delivery, price with railway delivery.
3. The price on the B2B trading platform is indicated for the maximum possible - auto delivery with side unloading.
4. The price of the products should include all possible payments related to customs, production of cliches, loading containers and their delivery to the buyer's warehouses in Novotroitsk and Gornozavodsk.
5. Delivery is carried out on the terms of deferred payment for each consignment within 60 calendar days.
6. The estimated annual volume is determined according to the technical specifications in the investment.
7. Production of all clichés is included in the price of the goods.
8. Uploading a commercial offer on the company's letterhead is mandatory.
9. The filling percentage of bags is 75%, the number of colors on the bags is 2

Comments:
For suppliers who have not previously supplied containers to AKKERMANN CEMENT LLC and Gornozavodskcement LLC, it is necessary to undergo a prequalification procedure with mandatory fulfilling the following conditions:
1. To produce 10 bags without a logo and send at your own expense to AKKERMANN CEMENT LLC for testing within the existing production.
2. Provide the following package of documents: A copy of the Charter; Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (no later than 30 days); Copy of the State. Registration; A copy of registration; A copy of the order and decision on the appointment of the head; A copy of the document confirming the right to sign contracts; Copy of the license; Copy of the accounting balance sheet for the reporting period of Form No. 1 with the tax inspection mark; Copy of documents confirming the location of the organization; Certificate of the status of settlements for taxes and fees (Form 39-1) for the current date.
Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the participants.
