- availability of certified managers and specialists in the following areas: A.1, B.1.11;
- availability of personnel trained to carry out high-risk work (fire);
- availability of personnel trained to carry out high-risk work (work at height);
- availability of PPE for employees;
- equipment with tools, including small-scale mechanization tools;
- availability of lifting mechanisms;
- experience in similar types of work;
- the presence of positive references;
- availability of own scaffolding.
