1) . The name of the work: "Development of the draft standards of permissible emissions (NDV)".
2) . The customer is AKRIKHIN JSC.
3) . Assignment for the execution of works:
- inventory of stationary sources of pollutants emissions into the atmospheric air;
- conducting laboratory studies on organized sources of emissions;
- calculation of maximum permissible emission standards;
- calculation of the dispersion of pollutants in the atmosphere (proof of not exceeding the sanitary and hygienic criteria for the quality of atmospheric air);
- drawing up a schedule for monitoring stationary sources of emissions;
- drawing up a plan to reduce emissions in adverse weather conditions (NMU);
- approval by the authorized state bodies and the organization;
- amendments to the declaration on environmental impact.
4). Requirements for the Contractor:
The provision of services must be carried out by the Contractor with proper quality;
The contractor must have qualified personnel to provide services, in essence, the terms of reference;
All approvals and receipt of certificates required for the provision of services are carried out by and at the expense of the Contractor;
Experience in providing services on the merits of the terms of reference at the existing production sites of pharmaceutical enterprises – at least 3 years;
5). The result of the work:
- approved PDV project
- availability of an expert opinion on the compliance of the PDV project with sanitary norms and rules
- availability of a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion on the PDV project
- approved and approved by the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation in the list of activities at NMU.
6). Additional conditions:
It is necessary to consult a specialist when updating the object of negative impact on the OS.
Departure of a specialist to the production site.
