Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms – 50% prepayment, the next 50% within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery
Prices for products should be indicated in rubles per 1 unit of measurement, excluding VAT, including insurance, payment of all necessary duties and other mandatory payments if necessary, as well as taking into account delivery.
