Payment terms:
the payment of the actually completed works is made monthly within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the forms KS-2, KS-3 (SMR, NDP) and acts of completed works (Design and Survey Works).
Delivery terms:
The cost of the set of works in the tender offer (Appendix No. 2) is determined at the current price level, based on our own experience and existing needs for organizing and performing the amount of work, the cost of setting up temporary buildings and structures, winter price increases, the cost of work on PPR, delivery of all goods, including from the Customer's warehouses, mobilization, business trips the costs, protection of the facility and all other costs that may arise during the execution of the work include all costs of the Contractor and are fixed for the entire period of the work.
The value of the contractual coefficient is defined as the ratio of the fixed contract price of the SMR, taking into account the materials provided by the Contractor, to the estimated cost of the SMR, taking into account the materials provided by the Contractor, in the estimated standards of the NLMK PJSC drill after the release of the working and estimated documentation.
The cost of commissioning "idle" is taken into account in the tender offer at current prices separately.
