Delivery according to annex № 1 form "Purchase requisition".

Specifying the manufacturer of the item in the application is required.
It is necessary to present a passport or certificate of goods in the application.
In case the supplier of the goods is the dealer of the manufacturer as a part of the application it is necessary to submit dealer agreement.
In case the goods are subject to certification or declaration in the SFT system, it is necessary to submit certified copies of the relevant certificates (declarations) in the application.
If there is a quality management system in the organization, the relevant documents must be submitted.
Provision of warranty for products is required (Warranty period must be specified in the offer).
Comments: familiarization with the documentation about the purchase is obligatory! Requirements to participants, terms of delivery of the goods and the list of documents necessary for participation in purchase are contained in the notice and appendices thereto.
