pay special attention:
• For the first lot, some of the bids are complex, when preparing the price, focus on the table in the Requirements Specification
• For the second lot, the Contractor must be ready to provide the number of vehicles supplied on average 250 cars/month (8 cars/day 7 days/week); max. 255 cars/month (10 cars/day 7 days a week); minimum 135 cars/month (5 cars/day 7 days/week);
• Minimum daily load in vehicles: min. 1 car/day.
• Maximum daily load in vehicles: max. 20 cars/day
• Provide rates without VAT;
• Ability to download transp.funds up to 21.6tons;
• Prices are valid for at least 12 months from the date of signing the contract.
Commercial offers can be submitted either for one of the lots or for two lots. Preference will be given to companies that have submitted Commercial Proposals for a range of services, that is, for two lots.

JSC "SLPC" reserves the right to change the deadline for the collection of technical and commercial proposals, cancel the collection of technical and commercial proposals, refuse all proposals, while applicants are not entitled to claim compensation for direct or indirect damages.
The decision on the choice of a counterparty for this request or on the rejection of all received bids will be made after consideration of the submitted proposals.
Notification of the bidder on the results of the tender is provided in case of a positive result and a decision to conclude a contract, other Bidders may be provided only upon their written requests in order to motivate them to eliminate deficiencies or improve the attractiveness of their proposals.
Expenses related to the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals are not reimbursable.
