Payment terms:
Payment after delivery. The price of the goods is set out per unit of product including delivery, including VAT. Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. Requirement for the provision of documents for the trade procedure:
When submitting an offer to the trading procedure, the bidder submits and attaches the following package of documents:
1) commercial proposal;
2) a package of documents for the company for participation in the trading procedure;
3) quality documents (letters of distribution, certificates of conformity, declarations of conformity, quality certificates, etc.).
Requirement for documents:
1. A commercial proposal for a trading procedure is submitted according to the standard form attached to this trading procedure. The commercial proposal must be properly executed and supported by:
- presented on the company letterhead;
- tabular and textual parts must be completely filled;
- provided with the signature of the authorized representative and the company and the seal;
- scanned copy must be provided in * .pdf format, information in the file must be readable.
If a commercial proposal is not submitted or a commercial proposal is submitted in violation of the criteria described above, the organizer of the trading procedure reserves the right to refuse to consider the offer submitted by the participant in the trading procedure.
2. The package of documents for the company for participation in the trading procedure is provided in accordance with the list of documents attached to the tender documents.
The participant in the trading procedure provides a full package of documents according to the attached list of documents.
Documents are provided in * .pdf format, each document in a separate file.
If the full package of documents is not provided, the organizer of the trading procedure reserves the right to refuse to consider the proposal submitted by the participant in the trading procedure.
