Требования к товару:
1) Продукция должна быть новой, не бывшей в употреблении, изготовленной не ранее 6 месяцев с даты выставления ТКП;
2) К продукции должны быть приложены сертификаты соответствия, паспорт, документ, подтверждающий качество
3) Критерии выбора наилучшего предложения: качество, срок поставки, стоимость,условия оплаты, опыт работы;
4) Данная процедура запроса предложения не является конурсом и ее проведение не регулируется статьями 447-449 ч.1 ГК РФ;
5) Данная процедура также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057-1061 ч.2 ГК РФ;
Таким образом, данная процедура запроса предложения не накладывает на Заказчика соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств.
