the commercial offer must be issued on the official letterhead with the stamp and signature of the head or authorized person.
Commercial proposal shall specify:
- The cost of the Tmsc with VAT, taking into account the packaging (packaging must comply with the requirements of the State);
- The cost of delivery to allocate a separate line (662200, Krasnoyarsk Region, Nazarova, industrial unit, possession № 7);
- Information about the status of your company in relation to the goods sold (owner-reseller, manufacturer or commission agent (dealer));
- Delivery time;
- Availability of goods in warehouses;
- warranty terms;
- Shipping method.

Products should be new, not used.

To KP must be attached certificates of conformity, passport, document confirming the quality.
