Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay for the goods within 45 calendar days after the end of the reporting period (month) in which the delivery is made.
Delivery terms:All prices are excluding VAT.

Transportation costs are included in the cost of the products on the basis of the delivery basis DDP - Kogalym (transportation costs are not refunded separately).
The delivery of products is carried out in full, executed in accordance with the accounting documents in the period established by law.
Delivery of products is carried out by the supplier to the warehouse of the Buyer Base of BPO OOO "LUKOIL-AIK" taking into account all costs and risks of delivery

Required electronic documents:
1. Scanned copy of the offer with indication of prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. List of constituent documents (the list is attached in the attached file);
3. Permit documentation (certificate of compliance, permission to use, if the product is subject to mandatory certification).
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and sealed by the company's seal.
The price request is made in relation to the current demand.
Submission of a proposal from a participant means compliance with all requirements specified in the request for an assortment of goods, as well as unconditional acceptance of the terms of the contract and specification.

Comments:
The winner of the tender procedure shall be determined, subject to agreement to sign the model contract without disagreement, on the following criteria:
1. The minimum price;
2. Optimal delivery time;
3. Quality of products;
4. Supplier reliability;

1. Attention from the Organizer will be given to suppliers experienced in the delivery of this product.
2. Submission of a proposal from a participant means compliance with all requirements specified in the request for an assortment of goods, as well as unconditional acceptance of the terms of the contract and the specification.
3. The supplied products shall be new.
4. The cost of production must be unchanged for the entire delivery period.
5. Simultaneously with the delivery of products, a certificate of quality (conformity) is provided.



This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.

This price request is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The Organizer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications.
