Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Contract performance security:В случае необходимости авансирования контрагента выданный аванс должен быть обеспечен банковской гарантией возврата авансового платежа. Текст банковской гарантии и банк-гарант согласуются сторонами договора. Гарантия должна быть выдана банком-гарантом из перечня ТОП-20 по чистым активам российских банков и в отношении иностранных банков-гарантов иметь рейтинг не ниже «АА-» по шкале S&P (“Обязательства высокого качества») или аналогичного ему рейтинга международных рейтинговых агентств.
Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.
