Payment terms:There is no advance. Deferring payment 60 days from the date of delivery and delivery of original reporting documents (c-f, trag12) of the original quality passport, copies of the certificates of conformity. The other payment terms are considered.
Delivery terms:Shipping to TC Terminal Business lines in c. Krasnokamsk, or to the buyer's warehouse. All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the cost of the products.
The products should be new.

Comments:
Attach the Commercial Offer with terms and time of delivery, payment order.
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure through the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their offers electronically, participants in this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list at the time the envelopes are opened at the same time as the offer is submitted and file as a scanned copy of its commercial offer signed by an authorized person and certified with the seal of the party organization (REQUIRED).
The vendor offer expires at least 30 days.
3. The product supplier must be the manufacturer, either the official dealer of the manufacturer or the distributor (the supporting documents the member provides at the same time as by commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. Be sure to provide quality certificates and passports, technical documentation.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice about the holding of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
