Payment terms:1. Acceptance of works is made monthly.
2. Payment is desirable within 30-90 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion, with an advance payment, it is necessary to provide a bank guarantee (list of banks in Appendix 5).
Delivery terms:Work completion time: until 25.12.2020.
1. Be sure to visit the Customer's site and inspect the subject of work / services before submitting an application for participation in the purchase !!!
2. Work inside a production building, at a height of up to 20 m.
3. Supply of materials by the Contractor. It is allowed to use materials other than those specified in the estimate, by prior agreement with the Customer .;
4. Payment is desirable within 30-90 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion, with an advance payment, a bank guarantee must be provided (the list of banks is in Appendix 5).
5. Signing a standard form of the contract (Appendix No. 6);
6. Mandatory development and approval of ERP / PPR 10 days before the start of work;
7. All generated wastes of I-IV hazard class, formed as a result of work at the Customer's facility, the contractor undertakes to independently take out for placement, disposal, neutralization with supporting documents.
8. Compliance with measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection:
- Work must be carried out by employees who are not in the "risk zone" (up to 60 years old),
- Employees working on the territory of PJSC "ChTPZ" must be citizens of the Russian Federation, residents of the Chelyabinsk region, or go through a two-week quarantine after arriving in the Chelyabinsk region from another region before starting work with the provision of supporting documents (travel tickets, rental contracts, etc.). ), or present a document confirming the passage of a coronavirus test no older than three days.
- All employees of the contractor must be provided with PPE, respirator masks, undergo daily body temperature control (thermal imagers are installed at the checkpoint), and also disinfect their hands with an antiseptic located at the checkpoint at each entrance to the enterprise;
- observe the mask regime throughout the territory of enterprises (work, walking, by car);
- maintain a "social" distance of 1.5 m when moving around the territory of enterprises.

Comments:
The work must be carried out by an organization having:
1. SRO approval for the production of work at HIF;
2. Experience in carrying out similar work.
3. Appropriate material and technical base:
3.1. Equipment for cleaning and painting at height;
4. Qualified personnel:
4.1. Specialists certified:
- on OT, PTM (knowledge test protocols);
- Rostechnadzor certification protocol (s) according to A1. (General requirements for industrial safety), according to B9.31 (Operation of hazardous production facilities where lifting structures are used for lifting and moving loads);
- for work at a height of 1, 2, 3 groups (protocols for testing the knowledge of the training center).
3.2. Availability of a construction control specialist.
3.3. Certified workers: industrial climbers (with a certificate).

The composition of the application:
1. Commercial offer (in the form of Appendix 2)
2. Application form (in the form of Appendix 3).
3. Technique and equipment required to perform a set of works (in the form of certificates 3.1, 3.2 in Appendix 3)
4. Experience in carrying out such work (in the form of certificate 4.1 in Appendix 3)
5. Personnel of the enterprise (in the form of certificate 2.2 in Appendix 3)
6. Scans of all qualification documents (according to the qualification requirements for the supplier - indicated in the Notice in the section "Qualification requirements for the supplier")
7. Balance sheet at the last reporting date with a note / receipt of receipt
8. Statement of financial results for the last reporting year with a mark / receipt of receipt (if any)
