Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 calendar days after the end of the reporting period (month) in which the delivery is made.
Delivery terms:Prices are provided without VAT.

Transport costs are included in the cost of products on the basis of delivery DDP - Kogalym, BPO LUKOIL-AIK Ltd. 174 km of the route Surgut-Novy Urengoy or railway to Kogalym.
Delivery of products is carried out entirely or in separate batches, issued by the relevant accounting documents within the time limits established by the legislation.

Delivery is carried out by: road transport to the buyer's warehouse (the scheme is attached);

Products must be properly packaged and protected from damage

Mandatory downloadable electronic documents:
1. Scanned copy of the commercial offer, indicating prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. List of documents (reference list; information letter about the company; dealer and other certificates);
3. Authorization documentation; $
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and sealed by the company.

Comments:
Participation is involved:
1. Manufacturers of products;
2. Companies that are official representatives of the manufacturer;
3. Applicants with experience in supplying similar products

The winner of the competition procedure shall be determined, subject to the consent of the signing of the model contract without disagreement. The winner will be determined by the following criteria:

1. Minimum price;
2. Optimal delivery period;
3. Product quality
4. Vendor Reliability

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
This request for proposals is not an offer (public offer) by the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the end of the deadline for accepting applications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
