In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not make it possible to verify the Supplier’s integrity with sufficient confidence, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the Supplier’s self-fulfillment of delivery obligations, including, but not limited to: extract from the staffing table with copies of employment contracts of persons involved in the performance of work, information on the ownership or on the right of lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tool / mechanisms, vehicles.
In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
