The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Dear Sirs!
I ask you to take part in the competition for the conclusion of the contract of delivery of the TMSC for JSC "MZ" Arsenal ".
The winner will be determined by a combination of the following factors:
- Cost of the TMSC;
- Delivery terms after signing the contract;
- Terms of payment (postponement not less than 20 working days after delivery)
- Duration of the KP at least 30 calendar days.
- Agreement to work on the model agreement of JSC "MZ" Arsenal "with the opening of the OBC in accordance with 275-FZ.
- In the presence of products in the supplier's warehouse providing a copy of the certificate to prevent the possible use of products with forged certificates;
- The presence OF the supplier of the current QMS GOST R ISO 9001
The choice of the winner will be made at the total minimum cost of the TMSC, other conditions being equal.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
