Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer on the 60th (sixtieth) calendar day after the end of the reporting period in which the delivery was made. The reporting period is a calendar month.
Delivery terms:Prices are provided without VAT.

Transportation costs are included in the cost of products on a DDP delivery basis - Kogalym, Base BPO LLC LUKOIL-AIK 174 km of the Surgut-Novy Urengoy highway or BPO LLC LUKOIL-AIK, city Langepas (indicated in each item).
Delivery of products is carried out in full or in separate batches, drawn up with the appropriate accounting documents within the time frame established by law.

Delivery is carried out: by road to the buyer's warehouse (the diagram is attached);

Products must be new, properly packed and protected from damage.

Mandatory downloadable electronic documents:
1. Scanned copy of a commercial proposal, indicating prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. List of documents (reference list; information letter about the company; dealer and other certificates);
3. Permits documentation;
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and sealed by the company.

The winner of the tender procedure is determined, subject to the consent of the signing of the model contract without controversy. The winner will be determined according to the following criteria:

1. Minimum price;
2. Optimal delivery time for products;
3. Product quality
4. Supplier reliability

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
This request for proposals does not constitute an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct a procurement at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the end of the deadline for accepting applications.
