Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment of the goods is made by the Buyer within 45 calendar days after the end of the reporting period (month) in which the delivery was made.
Delivery terms:
Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Transportation costs are included in the cost of products on the basis of delivery DDP - Kogalym, Base BPO LLC "LUKOIL-AIK" 174 km of route Surgut-Novy Urengoy or railway to station Kogalym.
Delivery of products is carried out in full or in separate batches, executed by appropriate accounting documents within the deadlines established by the legislation.
Delivery is carried out: by road to the buyer's warehouse (the scheme is attached);
Products must be properly packed and protected from damage
Mandatory electronic documents to be uploaded:
1. Scanned copy of the offer, indicating prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. List of documents (reference list; information letter about the company; dealer and other certificates);
3. Permission documentation;
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and stamped by the company.

The winner of the competitive procedure is determined, subject to the agreement of signing the model contract without disagreement. The winner will be determined according to the following criteria:
1. Minimum price;
2. Optimal delivery time of products;
3. Product quality
4. Supplier reliability
This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
This request for proposals does not constitute an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The Organizer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications.
