Upon completion of the work. The list of documents transferred (presented) to the Customer:
Executive documentation: the act of technical readiness of installation works, the list of installed equipment, the act of output control. The act of installation work, the act of commissioning, a copy of the license, passport and certificates for materials and equipment, a certificate of the cost of the work performed in the form of KS3, an act of acceptance of the work performed in the form of KS
Comments: Requirements for the quality assurance period: 2-3 years.
Qualification requirements for the Contractor:
Only qualified workers who have the appropriate category, a permit for high-altitude work and an electrical safety clearance group of at least 3 are involved in the performance of work. Work experience is required;
Special conditions: Specify the delivery time of the equipment. In the technical proposal, specify the technical characteristics and complete set of products, GOST, technical specifications, drawing no., according to which the products are manufactured and other essential information about the products, if any.
Venue of bidding:
