The purchase includes 2 independent lots:
1. Mezzanine removal work in Yekaterinburg, used equipment and installation in Yekaterinburg. Astana (Nur-Sultan).
2. Delivery of a new shelf mezzanine to a warehouse in the city. Astana (Nur-Sultan).
Vendor selection is based on a set of criteria:

- constructiv
- price fixing
- agreement with penalties
- expertise
Comparisons will be conducted strictly by files to complete the Business Offers.
Request for proposals takes place in 2 Stages:
1. The stage - pre-qualification - reviews drawings and technical descriptions for new equipment (completed Excel form), participant questionnaire. The outcome of the review determines the finalists who meet the criteria for the Teh. assignment. The initial Excel Commercial Offer is provided for the transportation of equipment.
2. Stage - Submitting Commercial Offers for Lot - Delivery of New Equipment and Finding Final KP - For Lot Transfer Mezzanine From Yekaterinburg
The following procurement documentation is required to participate in the request for proposals:
1. Excel TKP Fill Forms
2. KP on the company's official letterhead with signature and print, reflecting basic commercial information
3. Excel Vendor Questionnaire
4. DWG drawing (to be archived) based on which the Commercial Offer is calculated |

В случае принятия Организатором решения о признании Участника победителем запроса и заключении с ним договора, Участник обязан заключить договор по форме, прилагаемой к заявке на участие в запросе. В случае отказа от заключения договора по прилагаемой форме, Организатор вправе отказать Участнику в заключении договора без применения к Организатору каких-либо санкций. |
