Payment terms:It is preferable to pay within 30 banking days from the date of signing the Acts of work performed in the form of COP-2 and COP-3.
*- if an Advance Payment is required for the performance of the work, the Contractor is obliged to provide the original of the Bank Guarantee for the refund of the advance payment issued in favor of the Customer, with a validity period exceeding 20 (twenty) working days for the completion of works on the installation of facilities.
It is preferable to make settlements under the contract through accounts opened in Tolyattikhimbank.
Delivery terms:The duration of the work is no more than 2
months from the date of signing the Contract.
In the course of work
, situations may arise that lead to a temporary cessation of work (adverse weather conditions, other types of work, etc.) not provided for in the work schedule.
In case of such situations, the Contractor
is obliged to notify the authorized representative about them
The customer to agree on the period of suspension of work
and confirm its necessity.
