Обоснование: 1. Отклонить от дальнейшего рассмотрения предложение участника ООО ТД «ЭИМ» (ИНН 7727606968, 117303, г. Москва, ул. Одесская, д. 22, корп. 2/102), так как в соответствии с п.п. 4.4.5.2 документации по запросу предложений предложенная участником цена превышает установленную начальную (максимальную) цену закупки.
2. Признать несостоявшимся запрос предложений на право заключения договора на поставку стеклопластика, стеклоткани на 2015 год для нужд Филиала Коми ОАО «Волжская ТГК», так как отклонены все предложения участников.
