Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:According to the draft agreement. Payment of remuneration is made by the Bailor within 80 (eighty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Bailor of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered and subject to the availability of an appropriate invoice for the Guardian. The keeper provides an act of delivery and acceptance of services, an invoice no later than 5 (five) days from the end date of the month for the provision of services.

Bidding organizer has the right to amend the Announcement and Documentation, as well to extend the period (date and/or time) for submission of Proposals.
