Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

All Participants of the request for proposals must be accredited in the Suppliers' Base of Unipro PJSC (at the time of submission of applications, the application must be submitted). The request for proposals is not a tender (tender, auction) in accordance with Articles 447 - 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation or a public tender in accordance with Articles 1057-1 1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation or other regulated procurement procedures (procurement methods) provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation .
The Organizer has the right to refuse to conduct a request for proposals, and also complete the procedure for requesting proposals without concluding an agreement on its results at any time, while the organizer does not reimburse the participant for expenses incurred in connection with the preparation and participation in the request for proposals. Bidding organizer has the right to amend the Announcement and Documentation, as well to extend the period (date and/or time) for submission of Proposals.
