Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment of the cost of services is made by the Customer within 80 (eighty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Acceptance Certificate of the services provided and subject to the availability of the Contractor's corresponding invoice.

A request for proposals is not a tender (tender, auction) in accordance with Articles 447–449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation or a public tender in accordance with Articles 1057–1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation or other regulated procurement procedures (procurement methods) provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation .

The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the request for proposals, as well as to complete the request for proposals without concluding an agreement on its results at any time, while the organizer does not reimburse the participant for expenses incurred in connection with the preparation and participation in the request for proposals. Bidding organizer has the right to amend the Announcement and Documentation, as well to extend the period (date and/or time) for submission of Proposals.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS for the preparation of the proposal.

For a detailed preparation of the proposal, for the maintenance and repair of engineering and technical security equipment, according to the Customer's technical specifications, at the stage of the procurement procedure, the Participant must visit the facility in order to obtain the most objective assessment of the volume of services, materials and equipment.

The procurement participant must:
1. To send a qualified representative to the city of Sharypovo, Krasnoyarsk Territory, a branch of Berezovskaya State District Power Station, about which to inform the Customer in writing.
2. Issue a letter on the letterhead of the organization, indicating the full name specialists, positions, purpose of arrival and terms of visit.
3. When visiting and familiarizing yourself with the object, in order to determine the scope of work performed and form the TCH, it is necessary for the representative of the OZP participant to provide the "Agreement on the transfer, non-disclosure and protection of information constituting a commercial secret" signed by the general director (other authorized person) (see . file attachment)
4. Together with the representative of the Customer, conduct an inspection of the equipment of the ITSO system of the Berezovskaya TPP.
