Payment terms:
Preferred conditions: Payment under the Contract is made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Contract or in a written notification (letter) Contractor, within 80 (eighty) calendar days after the signing by the Parties:
- in relation to the Work on the development of working documentation - The Act of delivery-acceptance of the work performed on the development of working documentation;
- in relation to the Work on the application of a fire-retardant coating - Certificates of the cost of the work performed and costs in the form no. KS-3, the Act of acceptance of the work performed in the form no. KS-2, on the basis of the original invoice issued by the Contractor (transferred to the Customer) and the invoice (if it is to be issued in accordance with clause 6.5.3 of the Contract);
- in relation to Author supervision Services - Acts on services rendered in the reporting month.
The Customer makes a payment in the amount of 90% (ninety percent), including VAT, of the value specified in the Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (form KS-3) signed by the Parties (except in cases when the Customer suspends payment due to the failure of the Contractor to provide a bank guarantee, as well as in in case of deduction from the cost of Works or Services of the amount of penalties and/or losses payable by the Contractor.

In accordance with the Terms of Reference and the draft contract of the Customer.

The request for proposals is not an auction (tender, auction) in accordance with Articles 447 – 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation or a public tender in accordance with Articles 1057 - 1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, or other regulated procurement procedures (procurement methods) provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The Organizer has the right to refuse to conduct a request for proposals, as well as to complete the request for proposals procedure without concluding a contract based on its results at any time, while the Organizer does not reimburse the participant for the costs incurred by him in connection with the preparation and participation in the request for proposals procedure. The Organizer has the right to make changes to the Notification and Documentation, as well as to extend the deadline (date and/or time) for submitting Proposals.
In accordance with the provisions of sub-paragraph 1) of paragraph 2.1 of Article 1 of Federal Law No. 223-FZ of 18.07.2011 "On procurement of goods, works, services, certain types of legal entities", the said federal law does not apply to the activities of PJSC "Unipro" related to the procurement of goods (works, services), since the total revenue of PJSC "Unipro" from activities related to the sphere of natural monopolies, as well as from regulated activities specified in No. 223-FZ of 18.07.2011, does not exceed 10% of the total revenue from all types of activities carried out by PJSC "Unipro".
