Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Покупатель уплачивает Поставщику аванс в размере 30% (тридцати процентов) от стоимости первой партии Товара. Авансовый платеж выплачивается в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты вступления Договора в силу, при условии получения Покупателем счета, выставленного Поставщиком. Авансовые платежи по последующим партиям в размере не более 30% (тридцати процентов) от стоимости соответствующей партии Товара выплачиваются, при условии получения Покупателем счета, выставленного Поставщиком. Последующие платежи в размере 70% (семидесяти процентов) от стоимости партии Товара выплачиваются в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Сторонами ТОРГ-12, в отношении соответствующей партии Товара и при условии получения Покупателем счета, выставленного Поставщиком.
