1) Specification in Excel format (required).

2) Questionnaire in the format of Word.
3) Application (commercial offer) in .pdf format on company letterhead with the signature and stamp in the form attached to the purchase.
4) The signed scan of the contract (specification if there is a valid contract) (MANDATORY). If you do not agree on any of the points, it is enough to prepare a protocol of disagreements.
You can offer separate items, but such items will be evaluated against the average prices of other proposals.
The price shall include the cost of products, VAT, transportation costs, duties, taxes and other mandatory payments.
Transportation costs can be indicated in a separate line or included into the products price per each item (with the respective mark).
