In the absence of instructions from the Manufacturer, the quality of the products will be evaluated at the worst offer.
2) Application form in Word format.
3) Application (commercial proposal) in .pdf format on company letterhead signed and stamped in the form attached to the purchase.
4) Certificate in free form on the total volumes of supplies by the Participant of similar products in 2017 and 2018
5) A copy of certificates of state registration of a taxpayer and tax registration certified by the Participant,
6) An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (IP) received not earlier than six months prior to the day of application submission or a notarized copy of such an extract,
7) A copy of the charter certified by the Participant as amended;
8) Certified copies of documents by the Participant confirming the authority of the person who signed the application, as well as his right to enter into an Agreement based on the results of the tender. If the application is signed by proxy, an original or notarized copy of the power of attorney and the above documents are provided to the person issuing the power of attorney;
9) Copy of balances certified by the Participant (form 1) together with profit and loss statements (form 2) for 2017 and 2018
10) A document certified by the Participant confirming the existence of a decision (approval) by the body established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on the conclusion of a major transaction, or (if the transaction is not a major transaction for the Participant according to the legislation) - a certificate in any form;
11) Copies of valid certificates of conformity (declaration of conformity) for the supplied products, certificates, and other documents confirming the quality of the product, its origin and indicating the conditions and terms of the guarantee; quality certificate ISO 9001;
12) Other documents that, according to the Participant, can more fully disclose information about him, as well as confirm the qualifications and experience of the organization and its employees (dealership and quality certificates). MANDATORY!
