1. Low-quality product replacement warranty
If you agree to take part in the ongoing activities for the provision of materials and equipment, please submit the following package of documents in a scanned format:
1. Extract from the USRLE
2. Bidder's Application (Appendix 1)
3. Commercial offer in the form of quotation specifications in electronic version in the attached format
4. Copies of the Charter and the Memorandum of Association
5. A copy of the balance sheet or tax return for the last reporting period, with a note from the tax authorities on the adoption
6. Copy of the license (permit) for the supply of materials and equipment in cases stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation
7. Copy of tax registration certificate
8. Copy of Registration Certificate
9. Organization passport (Appendix 2)
