Comments: We would like to inform you that Integra-Drilling LLC, when considering commercial offers, will pre-qualify contractors, for which we ask you to provide the following information:
1. Passports for each product unit
2. Certificates for supplied products
3. Price fixing for 1 year
4. Guaranteed replacement of defective products
If you agree to take part in ongoing activities for the provision of materials and equipment, please submit the following package of documents in scanned format:
1. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated not earlier than 2015
2. Applicant's Application (Appendix 1)
3. Commercial offer in the form of quotation specifications in the electronic version in the attached format
4. Copies of Articles of Association and Articles of Association
5. A copy of the Balance Sheet, or Tax Return for the last reporting period, with a mark of the tax authorities on acceptance
6. A copy of the license (permit) for the supply of materials and equipment in cases provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation
7. Copy of the Certificate of Registration with the Tax Authorities
8. Copy of Registration Certificate
9. Organization passport (Appendix 2)
10. Certificate of ChKS with supporting documents (certificates, certificates)
11. Help indicating the Customers, numbers and dates of concluded contracts
12. Copies of documents confirming production and technical equipment
13. Documents confirming the status of a dealer / manufacturer
14. Certificate from the tax authorities of the Russian Federation on the absence of arrears in the payment of taxes and fees, other obligatory payments for the current period
15. The decision on the appointment of the head, or the protocol on the election of the head by the collegial body of the legal entity
