Dear Sirs!

We hereby inform you that Integra-Services intends to take measures to select a counterparty for the supply of chemical reagents used in cementing wells.
In this regard, LLC Integra-Services invites you to send offers on the conditions specified below.
We inform that Integra-Services LLC, when reviewing commercial offers, will prequalify counterparties, for which he asks you to provide the following information:
information on the availability of a dealer agreement or authorization, qualified personnel, own production facilities and other means with the appropriate level of technical equipment, which allow to produce purchased MTR, works and services of required quality in the required time and in the required volume;
quality certificates for the products offered.

In case of your consent to take part in the events held, please submit in time up to 12 hours Moscow time
20.09.2018. the following package of documents:

1. Application for participation (Appendix No. 1).
2. The passport of the organization
3. Quotation specification (Appendix No. 3).
4. Copy of the document confirming the authority of the person who signed the commercial offer.
5. Copy of the Certificate of state registration of the enterprise (OGRN).
6. A copy of the Certificate of Registration with the Tax Authorities (TIN).
7. Information about the actual and legal address of the organization.
Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Under no circumstances can this offer be regarded as an offer. Accordingly, Integra-Services LLC assumes no responsibility whatsoever for refusing to enter into an agreement with persons who have made an offer to conclude an appropriate transaction.
LLC Integra-Services reserves the right to accept any of the received offers, or not to accept any of them.
