Comments: We hereby inform you that Integra-Services LLC intends to take measures to select a contractor for the manufacture and supply of cementing heads for the needs of Integra-Services LLC.
In this regard, Integra-Services LLC invites to send offers on the conditions specified below.
We inform that Integra-Services LLC, when considering commercial offers, will conduct preliminary qualification of contractors, for which it requests you to provide the following information:
Information about previously concluded contracts with our organization, other Societies of Integra Group with details of contracts, additional agreements and specifications;
In case of your consent to take part in the events held, please provide up to 12 hours Moscow time.
03.22.2019 following documents:
1. Application for participation (Appendix No. 1).
2. The passport of the organization (Appendix No. 2).
3. Commercial offer.
4. Quotation specification (Appendix No. 3).
5. A copy of the document confirming the authority of the person who signed the commercial offer.
6. Copy of Certificate of State Registration of Enterprise (OGRN).
7. Copy of the Charter.
8. A copy of the certificate of registration with the tax authorities (TIN).
9. Information about the actual and legal address of the organization.
10. The balance sheet (Form 1 and Form 2) for the previous calendar year and the last reporting date.
Offers submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
This offer cannot be regarded as an offer under any circumstances. Accordingly, Integra-Services LLC is not liable for any refusal to enter into an agreement with persons who have submitted an offer to conclude a relevant transaction.
