We would like to inform you that Integra-Services LLC, when considering commercial offers, will pre-qualify contractors, for which we ask you to provide the following information:
information about previously concluded contracts with our organization, other Companies of the Integra Group, indicating the details of contracts, additional agreements and specifications;
If you agree to take part in the events held, please provide by 12 noon Moscow time on 15.12. the following package of documents:
1. Application for participation (Appendix No. 1).
2. Organization passport (Appendix No. 2).
3. Commercial offer.
4. Quotation specification (Appendix No. 3).
5. A copy of the document confirming the authority of the person who signed the commercial proposal.
6. Copy of the Certificate of State Registration of the Enterprise (OGRN).
7. A copy of the Articles of Association.
8. A copy of the Certificate of Registration with the Tax Authorities (TIN).
9. Certificate of the actual and legal address of the organization.
10. Balance sheet (Form 1 and Form 2) for the previous calendar year and the last reporting date.
Proposals submitted later than the specified deadline will not be considered.
Under no circumstances this offer can be regarded as an offer. Accordingly, Integra-Services LLC does not bear any responsibility for the refusal to conclude an agreement with persons who have applied with an offer to conclude a relevant transaction.
