We hereby inform you that Integra-Services LLC intends to take measures to select a counterparty for the supply of technological equipment used in the cementing of wells.
In this regard, Integra-Services LLC invites you to send proposals on the terms specified below.
We would like to inform you that when considering commercial proposals, Integra-Services LLC will prequalify counterparties, for which purpose it asks you to provide the following information:
information on the availability of a dealer agreement or authorization, qualified personnel, own production base and other means with the appropriate level of technical equipment, allowing to produce purchased materials and materials, works and services of the required quality in the required time and in the required volume; technical
passports for the products offered.
It is MANDATORY to attach the completed quotation specification (Appendix No. 3 in the package of documents) in Excel format.


If you agree to take part in the events, please provide it within 12 o'clock Moscow time
12/27/2021 the following package of documents:

1. Application for participation (Appendix No. 1).
2. Organization passport (Appendix No. 2)
3. Quotation specification (Appendix No. 3).
4. A copy of the document confirming the authority of the person who signed the commercial offer.
5. A copy of the Certificate of State Registration of the Enterprise (OGRN).
6. A copy of the Tax Registration Certificate (TIN).
7. Certificate of the actual and legal address of the organization.
Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Under no circumstances can this offer be regarded as an offer. Accordingly, Integra-Services LLC does not bear any responsibility for refusing to enter into an agreement with persons who have submitted a proposal to conclude a relevant transaction.
Integra-Services LLC reserves the right to accept any of the offers received, or not to accept any of them.
Integra-Services LLC does not undertake to notify all participants of the competition in writing about its results.
