We hereby inform you that Integra-Services LLC intends to carry out measures for the choice of the counterparty for the supply of fuel (oil, technical fluids). In this regard, Integry-Services LLC invites you to send offers on the terms specified below.
We inform you that Integra-Services LLC will conduct preliminary qualification of counterparties when considering commercial offers, for which it asks you to provide the following information:
information about previously concluded contracts with our organization, other Companies GC "Integra" with details of contracts, additional agreements and specifications;

If you agree to take part in the events, please provide within 17 hours of Moscow time
13.12.2019 the following package of documents:

1. Application for participation (Appendix No. 1).
2. The passport of the organization (Annex No. 2).
3. Commercial offer.
4. Specification (Annex No. 3).
5. Copy of the document confirming the authority of the person who signed the offer.
6. Copy of the Certificate of state registration of the enterprise (OGRN).
7. A copy of the Charter.
8. Copy of the Certificate of registration with the tax authorities (TIN).
9. Certificate of the actual and legal address of the organization.
10. Balance sheet (Form 1 and Form 2) for the previous calendar year and the last reporting date.
Proposals submitted later than this deadline will not be considered.
This offer shall under no circumstances be construed as an offer. Accordingly, Integra-Services LLC does not bear any responsibility for the refusal to conclude a contract with the persons who applied with the offer to conclude the relevant transaction.
Integra-Services LLC reserves the right to accept any of the offered offers, or not to accept any of them.
Integra-Services LLC does not undertake the obligation to notify all participants of the contest in writing about its results.
