Payment terms:
Deferral of payment of at least 60 calendar days from the date of delivery (in the event that your TCH specifies a delay of less than 60 days, all other things being equal, the priority will be on the side of the Participant who offered a longer delay in payment for the delivered products)
Delivery terms:
CPT station / warehouse of the Buyer, delivery takes place at the addresses of the customers indicated in the Appendix to the tender documents.
Comments: 1. We accept offers with prices in rubles, US dollars, euros, Swiss francs, excluding VAT, including delivery to the customer's warehouse.
2. If your company is a dealer of a factory, you must attach a certificate, which will be confirmed by the manufacturer.
3. Attach your proposal in a scanned form on the letterhead of the organization with a signature and seal.
4. The equipment must be provided with an electronic catalog / passport of the equipment or other document indicating the full technical characteristics of the proposed equipment.
