Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

A request for proposals is not a tender (tender, auction) in accordance with Articles 447–449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation or a public tender in accordance with Articles 1057–1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation or other regulated procurement procedures (procurement methods) provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation .
The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the request for proposals, as well as to complete the request for proposals without concluding an agreement on its results at any time, while the organizer does not reimburse the participant for the expenses incurred in connection with the preparation and participation in the request for proposals. The Organizer has the right to amend the Notification and Documentation, as well as extend the deadline (date and / or time) for submitting Proposals.
