Оплата услуг по каждому производственному подразделению производится после оказания услуг и предоставления Заказчику счета-фактуры и подписания сторонами Акта оказанных услуг, при условии, что работа выполнена надлежащим образом в течение 30 (тридцати) дней путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Исполнителя.
Расчеты по договору на оказание услуг производятся денежными средствами, а так же могут иметь иную форму расчетов, не противоречащую законодательству РФ, в том числе путем передачи векселей и пр.
