The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment shall be made by the Buyer on condition that the Supplier receives a duly issued invoice in the name of the Buyer for payment. The Buyer makes payment in the amount of 100%, from the cost of services (works) within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods (performance of works, rendering of services) and the signing of the Act by the Parties acceptance and transfer (Act of performance of services, works) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).
Delivery terms:You must specify the price to the CP Template, only in the areas of presence. Next, a contract for a period of 12 months with the possibility of prolongation will be concluded with the Winner at the best price price. The application for implementation to the Agreement will indicate the address and volume of the real object, manufacture, delivery and installation of no more than 10 rd.

It is necessary to set prices in the KP template, only in the regions/cities of presence.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice on the holding of a contest (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability
