Payment terms:
Payment shall be made by the Buyer on condition that the Supplier receives a duly issued invoice in the name of the Buyer for payment. The Buyer makes payment in the amount of 100%, from the cost of services (works) within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods (performance of works, rendering of services) and the signing of the Act by the Parties acceptance and transfer (Act of performance of services, works) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).
